The contract we had with TDS for purchasing a unit has just expired. Does anyone have an address which we can write to to officially ask for our deposit back? Would it be better to do this formally through a lawyer or can we just send a letter ourselves? I know we have virtually no chance of getting our deposit back at the moment, but do not want to jeopardise our chances in the future by not following the correct process. Any advice would be grateful received. Thanks!
