I work in the holiday property market and have watched this forum for several months, and I heard from a colleague this week that MRI are threatening Darul with legal action if he doesn't remove negative McAnthony comments from this forum. It seems they don't like potential customers finding this forum, I can't imagine why? Darul good luck and be careful, McAnthony are big fish. If you do end up in court (i hope not,) I'll come and protest outside the court for you. x

If this forum is ever taken down a new more potent one will take its place.

As someone who's also been running a forum (for Platinum victims) that was threatened almost weekly with legal action, I wouldn't give it a seconds thought...

Can you imagine the bad press MRI would get if they decided to initiate any action - as long as what's been written is truthful, and (importantly) you can show it is in Court, then they wouldn't stand a chance. Honestly letting everyone know what's happened here is the best defence against crooks who attempt to bully people with threats of legal action.

Don't give in Darul.

(P.S. If you haven't heard from MRI's Attorney's yet, then you should also ask yourself why DebbieG wrote that "MRI are threatening Darul with legal action" when it's clearly not true??? - It's the threat that's designed to cause the damage so once you're not threatened they have no answer!)

Yes it is true. I received a private post on this forum telling me the i most remove certain things from this forum and not allow other things to be posted. The most stupid thing is they are also complaining about being called names such as "scumbags" etc.
And to that I wish to help, by giving MRI wise words my mother once told me when I was in primary school...

"Sticks and Stones...."

I have also been told by TDS that MRI were after me and wanted my contact detail but were told to get lost as I have always been truthful on this forum and always tried to separate the truth from the bullshit.

I cant really speak for the owners who host this forum, but if you happen to find it gone one day due to "technical problems" ( sounds familiar to those that used to read eyeonworldwide) it is because they stopped it and not me!

So in case that happens can everyone just start sending me a private post with just their email address in and I'll keep a hard copy of them so that another forum can be set up and everyone notified of its new address strait away?
!!!

For those that forget to do that I guess it would just be called "TDSO2", do a search for that to find it!

I was at a friends funeral yesterday and she died suddenly at the age of 54, its when your sitting their listening to their loved ones fight back the tears to say some words that you realise life is about your connection with others and how you bring happiness to their lives and how fortunate they have been to be part of your journey. So many MRI workers have brought suffering to peoples lives, and show no remorse whatsoever? I just hope they manage to find new direction before their times up!!

I think you should stand your ground as Paul Ream says. They are just bullys and the best thing to do with bullys is stand up to them.

Also, with regard to any court action. The onus would be on MRI to prove (ie provide evidence) that they had suffered a financial loss as a result of untruthful comments on this particular forum. This would be impossible for them to prove because there are literally thousands of posts and hundreds of forums on the internet with horror stories about the unethical practices of these "scumbags.

But you are right if they do shut it down like the previous forum, another be started.

If for one am letting everyone know of what they have done on other forums.

i e-mailed mike ellis MRI two weeks ago reminding him about the message he left on my phone some time back saying i am in line for deposit return within two weeks , when i phoned him he said it was a mistake and tried to convince me TDS was the best thing that would happen in my life, the biggest load of -ollocks ive ever heard in my life and he knows it. they have our deposits and that is all they care about they are full of crap. BY THE WAY MIKE ELLIS OR MRI HAVE NOT RETURNED BY E-MAIL WHAT A SUSPRISE . WONDER WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I E-MAILED TO PURCHASE A UNIT ????????????????? NO PRISES FOR GUESSING i still have message on phone. i read mri don't like being called names shame, i like all of us don't like to be lied to .
