so as nothing has been built, REASON, NO PERMIT , NO DEVELOPMENT, NO CONSTRUCTION, NO DESIGN THAT HAS BEEN APROVED BY POLK COUNTY AFTER TWO DESIGN ATEMPTS, NO ENGINEERING, so where has all jds deposits gone as jds is a parcel
on its own, that leaves real estate commission that could be between 14%-20% ??? and if units are not closed on deposits must be returned. so why did some jds people get there deposits back and not all of us, jds was never talked about in malcolm wrights road shows,(please say if you know different from me) i say and still say jds was never to be built, so that leaves TRI-COUNTY VENTURES AND NOT JDS CONTRACTS is it then possible our money was put into TDS and who knows where thats gone BUT rest assure we will find out.when alg file for bankruptcy's of jds it will be interesting to read the file on finance. DEPOSITS HAVE NOT GONE ON CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN, ENGINNERING, THE CONTRACT IS VERY CLEAVERLY WORDED YOUR MONEY HAS GONE ON MARKING, SALES EXPENSES, STRANGELY!!! but to no surprise to me, malcolm/maddox has just put it in their pockets. ps, i forgot and the realtor.
