a lawyer to sort wright (the rat) out with a vengeance
Tue Jan 19, 2010 9:40 am by mike 49
to all

over a period of time we have all vented our anger (and rightly so) . i feel to move forward on this we need funds otherwise
we are only talking to each other and nothing is getting done.... below is my proposal. i also think darul proposal is a way forward
and these are the things we should be doing.

Just to clarify, I have been speaking to a Florida based lawyer in (orlando) He has been very helpful in regard to Malcolm Wright & co and he has never asked me for a penny in exchange for his help. Obviously, because of the time involved in researching and locating where our money may have gone, he has to charge a fee of around $3000 -4000 (justice doesn't come cheap!!). This fee is just for the research and to see if there is any point in pursuing Wright and co via a civil / criminal suit.

If we could get say 100 people to commit to this, it would be less than 20 £/euro each. The practical problem will be is how we collect the funds when we are all so widespread. Personally, I think the sooner we put this into action the better but some 'investors' seem to have given up and that is just playing into wright's hands and is what he is hoping for.

Regards.
Mike
